The inaugural Bio Star Summit will be held by invitation in MMXXVII. Dates, location, and the founding programme will be announced to the Insider list ahead of public release.
By invitation only. The Editorial Council reviews each request.
On the Summit
A gathering, not a conference.
The Bio Star Summit is a closed, three-day annual convening of the people who actually move the biological frontier — operators of Bio-Starred clinics and retreats, founders of Bio-Starred brands, named Editorial Council members, and a quiet number of private guests recognised by the Council.
There are no exhibitors. No sponsored stages. No award ceremony footage produced for distribution. The Summit functions as the institution's annual editorial meeting — and as the only context in which Bio Star inspectors and the brands they have inspected meet, briefly, in person.
The Bio-Starred designation announced at the Summit each year becomes the institution's verb — to be Bio-Starred — and the public record of the new class is then released to the Insider list and the Star Report immediately following.

Session I
The Inspector Briefing
Closed-door dispatches from the year's inspector visits — anonymised but unredacted. Open only to attendees.
Session II
The Council Convening
The Editorial Council meets publicly with attendees to debate refinements to the 13-Circle Standard for the year ahead.
Session III
The Optimised Shelf, Live
Selected guests from The Optimised Shelf series walk through their stacks in person — no audience livestream.
Session IV
The Induction
The private induction of the year's Bio-Starred class. Plaques presented. Files closed. Editorial Council adjourns.

Who attends.

· Editorial Council members and Inspector Corps representatives (anonymised)
· A small number of private guests recognised by the Council — practitioners, researchers, capital allocators, and writers in the field
No press. No livestream. No spectators. The Bio Star Summit is the institutional inverse of the wellness conference circuit.
